Friends and fellow Deaf club performers : Les, Reg, Cyril and Ruby, have been together for over 30 years. When Ruby falls ill their lives are thrown into turmoil. Les’ son, Paul, replaces her but the group crumbles - they end up questioning their friendship, the inevitable challenges of old age and facing up to their own mortality.
